ARCHITECT’S STATEMENT

The location of the plot of this project was on the edge of the cliff, so when designing this house, we decided to separate the house from the project’s land so that the house was suspended in the air, so we went ahead. Design for people in this project to experience different sensations, Feeling of fear and excitement outdoors and a sense of calm and comfortable space indoors.

We designed the house form with a slope due to the climate of the region. For the design of this project we used a post and fixed the house with Two categories of cables. These higher cables bear the weight of gravity, and the lower cables withstand lateral and upward wind forces.

We designed the pole of the project as one bent by the opposition and pulling the rope, and the reason why the bridge pole bends to the opposite side is to increase stability thanks to gravity in the fix aesthetic trim.

In the lower part of the project, we created a path extending between the sitting and resting area and the playground (swing). And the person in this place experiences a feeling of floating, weightlessness, liberation, The weight of this part is carried by the cables connected to the project.

The absence of intermediate cables on the route turns into a slippery bridge, causing fear and excitement on the way to the finish area. And as a child, the child finds peace and stability in the space thanks to the tension cables.

Since this home was designed for a client for two (a couple), we designed a bedroom to the south to provide a sleeping area, family living room and study studio. To separate the spaces and see the south cap.

We have placed the living room, kitchen and dining room in the northern section with a view to the east and west.

In the project, which was made by creating holes with a glass surface, all public and private spaces face downwards.
